How To Enter: During the sweepstakes period make a purchase (of any amount) at any participating Wal-Mart Canada retail location between July 1, 2018 and September 30, 2018 and look on your cash register receipt for a survey invitation. Retain your receipt and visit http://survey.walmart.ca within 14 days after the Visit Date printed on the front of your receipt. Enter the store #, TC # and Visit Date located on the front of your receipt along with your complete name and other required information once you filled out the entry form now Click on the submit button to complete the registration form.
