Today, 2/17/2024, after entering survey#, Password, and Time of Visit as shown on my store receipt, I could not continue due to message that I needed to enter one more thing. Since the needed item was not described or shown in any way, I could not proceed with the survey.
I suggest a more detailed message be shown for the future to guide the customer.

I believe movie tickets, along with popcorn & drinks are perfect. It is difficult to get help these days! An employee like her comes along once in a million. Please take the time to recognize her.

I had a great deal of problems trying to enter the contest.
Today 3/11/24 was at Walgreens came home and could not take the survey. Cannot enter any information and get a message saying: we cannot use the information you gave us: I cannot give ANY information. Bad show Walgreens!!

This survey is a fraud. Walgreens wants you to think that they care but they don’t want to hear any complaints.
I also could not enter with the walgreenslistens site.
You need to call the toll free number near the bottom of the page and do the survey on the phone

Has the sweepstakes been discontinued? I filled out the form, then the screen simply displayed a thanks. My store is still wonderful, and I recommend them to everyone, but it would have been nice to be informed of the change.
I still left complements for store no 07015 5741, in Chatsworth, California. Really good people. I hope the corporation does not discontinue them as it did with the survey.

I try to do the survey almost every time I am in Walgreens. I don’t care about the contest! It is the hard-working people who work at the Walgreen in Schaumburg store 07545 1461 w. Schaumburg Il. that I want to share. Today Mona helped me. I was getting a lot of things today. Came home to do the survey and was kick of it. I don’t care about the contest! There is a software problem with the survey! It needs to be addressed by IT!! I don’t know how people can win if this is a problem. Service has gone way down. Maybe due to the outsourcing of Pharmacist! Which has caused them to strike. But in the end is the consumer who suffers in the long run.
