| Who Can Enter: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who have reached the age of 18 years old at the time of entry and who live in the following counties in MISSOURI: Barry, Benton, Camden, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Dent, Douglas, Greene, Hickory, Howell, Laclede, Lawrence, Oregon, Ozark, Polk, Pulaski, Shannon, St. Clair, Stone, Taney, Texas, Webster and Wright; and the following counties in ARKANSAS: Baxter, Boone, Carroll, Fulton, Marion and Newton. |
