Each prize includes four (4) tickets, referred to as “Event Tickets,” granting admission to the KOST 103.5 Private Holiday Party at Disney California Adventure® Park (the “Event”). These tickets are valid exclusively on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, starting at 6:00 p.m. and concluding on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 1:00 a.m. PT. Winners and their guests will gain entry to Disney California Adventure® Park during regular operating hours from 6:00 p.m. PT, and each will be provided with a wristband for access to the Private Party segment of the Event, commencing at 9:00 p.m. PT. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is one hundred sixteen dollars ($116.00).
