  • You can enter the Walgreens listens Survey online by visiting: www.walgreenslistens.com, if you are a Walgreens customer, or by visiting www.drelistens.com if you are a Duane Reade customer. At your respective website.
  • Now you need to enter your receipt or invoice details like Survey number, Password or the Invoice number and time of visit.
  • Click on the “Start” button to begin the Walgreenslistens.com Survey, It will only take your 2-3 Minutes.
  • Answer all survey question honestly based on your last visit at their store.

  • My receipt says to go to this website to enter. I go to ‘walgreen.lisyens.com’ and I get to do everything but enter the sweepstakes. Send me an email to enter or something. Thanks.

  • This is a scam! Tried four different times to enter and your telling me the password is incorrect. I’ve been submitting the surveys for about four years and not once won anything. It’s a scam!!!

  • So you go to the site listed on your receipt, and nothing. No where to enter the sweepstakes, wasting my time.

  • Tried 4x to enter at walgreenslistens.com/survey. After bouncing me around to extraneous info forms and sweepstakes, which I did not type in, finally reached the password page. It said in red, “Info you entered is inaccurate”. I had entered NOTHING. This happened once before but thought it a glitch on new site. I do not like this new format!! I will hand write my comments and deliver to a manager. You need to replace your software designer.

  • Today’s visit was unprofessional and rude. I had a young man cashier that was so miserable and needs to find a job he likes and can come in with a smile. He should be always smiling since he has a job. He was rushing through the transaction with not even a Hi or How are you doing today. Completion on transaction still nothing only gave me my bag. Before I walked away another person came up and said ” Hi, How are you today ” and no response from the young male cashier. Not even an eye contact. Where is the customer service? Apparently not at this Walgreens. I think there should be Employee Customer Service training. I manage 60 employees and I would not tolerate that type of service from my staff. He needs coaching.

    • The surveys seem like a true waste of time. No one knows of anyone ever winning, and I’ve been an active member for over 12 years.
      After reporting a very rude encounter with one of the ‘managers’, Lucy, who refused to serve me…Upon my reporting this to Walgreens, I have yet to receive a response – SO Adverse to what I thought was Walgreens good customer relations.

  • We moved to Amarillo, TX a year and half ago from St. Louis, MO where I was an Administrative Assistant at the District Office there.

    My husband is a heart patient and takes a number of prescriptions and supplements. We have yet to call in a refill and have it ready when it was promised. Even tho it is easy to see that he will be needing the refill in 1 or 3 months depending on the script. It happened again today, after being told they were in stock and he could pick them up after 8:30am today. At 1:15pm they were not ready and he was told it would be Monday (this is Friday).

    I received on my last visit several coupons – one was because it was my birthday month I could use it on every visit in June for a 10% discount on all my purchases, another one was for $9 added to REWARDS Account when I spent $40 or more and expired 6/17/22. My bill was $70.05 and I handed her the 2 coupons, she ran the birthday one first, then when she ran the $9 one it declined it because the coupon limit was reached. Obviously you can see if it deducted 10% from $70.05 I am still over the $40. She did not offer to remove the first one and use the 2nd one, just handed it back to me. It expires today.
    Then when I got in the car and examined the receipt it did not even take the 10% off. Forget loading me up with all this paper at checkout if you are going to make it next to impossible to use them.

    I cannot make sense of your rules on all these coupons and discounts. Then on Senior Day, which I tried to use for all these supplements – well they are BOGO or BOGO 1/2 off so forget that.

    Walgreens does not seem to be the same pharmacy/store that put customers first in years past. It has definitely gone down-hill in service.

    Although Walgreens is a preferred pharmacy on our healthcare plan it makes us wonder if it is worth the trouble to stay with them.

  • The survey wont let me enter the required info from my reciept! What a joke this is! Your ‘at the corner of happy and healthy’ ads are a farce and a half! Shame on you walgreens!
