  • Visit www.walgreenslistens.com, if you are a Walgreens customer, or by visiting www.drelistens.com if you are a Duane Reade customer. At your respective website.
  • Now you need to enter your receipt or invoice details like Survey number, Password or the Invoice number and time of visit.
  • Click on the “Start” button to begin the survey, It will only take your 2–3 minutes.
  • Answer all survey question honestly based on your last visit at their store.
  • The Walgreens Listens survey must be completed within 72 hours upon receipt of the invitation.

1. Telephone:

  • Walgreens customers can enter the survey by calling 1-800-219-7451 between January 01, 2025 – December 31, 2025 and by calling 800-875-4028 between January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025 and complete the automated customer satisfaction survey.
  • Duane Reade customers can enter the survey by calling 1-888-424-1018 between January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025 and by calling 1-888-314-6471 between January 25, 2025 – December 31, 2025 and complete the automated customer satisfaction survey.

2. Mail-In:

Write down your full name, age, complete address and your working phone numbers on a 3 x 5-in. piece of paper and mail it, in an envelope to: 2025 Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes, Dept. S8166 P.O. Box 4006, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4006. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 1, 2025 and received by December 31, 2025.

Who Can Enter: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who have reached the age of 18 years old at the time of entry.

  2. I am thinking of moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy because of the service or lack of service with Walgreens. It should not take 2 days to get medicine for nausea.
    The staff acts like they don’t know what they are doing.
    I had a prescription put back because I was not notified that it was ready.
    I have had employees get a attitude when asked a question that they should have known the answer too. They have homeless people wandering around on the outside of the store and sometimes in the store.

    • I am very happy and pleased with the service that was running on the past two weeks I was just there to pick up a prescription and I will be returning to get the remaining of my prescriptions that I have in the pharmacy at Walgreens your management has very kind to me very helpful when answering into the store and your cash is the right time for and I have or continue to be helpful when I do answer the store

A very good customer I am very happy what the service that has been rendered to me I am a regular customer I always come there for I mean for discounts and different sales that they have at your Walgreens location now that they no longer have the Walgreens on 19th East Fayette Street I go to another Walgreens and I just want to say that I’m thankful for the customer to cash it and you cash in management and the pharmacy

  10. this morning to want the walgreen 3495 s virginia pick up my meds all so pick up some vit d cost 12.99 but not 24.99 put in the wrong place that they have to charge me 12.99 i all way try to get the lower price in everything i buy he said that i new what i was doing by not beening charge the 24.99 that not the case want toke the item off the shelf it was on the 12.99 not 24.99 which was right next to it

  11. Since there is no start button to push for the survey I will do my own survey. I went to pick up prescriptions today at the drive up. Eight cars in line so I chose to go inside. Six people in line. Only one person manning the drive up and the walkin customers. Your service level has gone down the tubes. You don’t seem to care about your customers and there is no customer service at this Walgreens in Pahrump, NV. Its a good thing I can get my prescriptions thru the mail then I won’t have to deal with a store that cares nothing about me or my business.

  12. Your branch on 183rd & Governors Hwy in Homewood, Illinois has 3 excellent employees that I’ve dealt with for several years. Mojgan, Bri & Victoria are very professional…friendly & sincere. They all need raises & more vacations time by the way. No, they didn’t prompt me to write that either.

  13. The website walgreenslistens.com does no work. Staffing is limited. Had to close early 6/21/2025 due to no staff. Pharmacy people are rude and sometimes mean. Baraboo Wi.

  14. Looked everywhere no survey since there is no START button.

    Time for new employees.
