How To Enter: During the sweepstakes period, visit this link: https://bottlelotto.com and either log in or create a free account. Fill out the form with your full name, email, birthdate, mailing address (no P.O. boxes), phone number, and password, then confirm you’ve read the rules. You’ll also need to verify your email through a link they send. You can only have one account per person/email and up to three accounts per household. Once your account is ready, enter the code found under the cap of specially marked products to get one entry into the weekly sweepstakes drawing. Each code can only be used once.
