Are we going to talk about the fact that no one actually won the full size Lamborghinis, And according to Mr, Beasts winners list all the full size cars were actually giving away before the 15th of December 2021, And the sweepstakes was supposed to run till January 10th of 2022. Which means anyone that Entered the sweepstakes after December 15th was defrauded by all the advertising because the drawings for the full size cars were not supposed to happen until all the entries were in all the way till January 10th including all entries postmarked by January 10th and received by January 13th. So this entire sweepstakes was a big fraud and there should be a class action lawsuit for anyone that entered after 15th of December because that means they had absolutely no shot at winning a full size car even though all of the promotions and sales pages still stated that the Lamborghinis were up to give away. So at bare minimum this is fraud, And it’s probably wire fraud as well as they were still collecting payments on something they legally could not advertise anymore. And I’m sure they violated state gaming laws for whatever state they were in as far as how giveaways are supposed to operate. Shame on him stealing from his viewers.
