Sweepstakes Period
The HGTV Flip to a Million Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 18, 2022.
Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who have reached the age of 21 years old at the time of entry.

Prize Details:
There will be total three (3) lucky winners in this Sweepstakes: Each lucky winner will receive the following (the “Prize”): Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) presented in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $5,000. ARV of all Prizes in this Promotion: $15,000.
About Flip to a Million Show
Two couples, each with proven track records in house-flipping, endeavor to turn a million-dollar profit in the Dallas real-estate market — all in just six months and with starting capital of just $1000.
How Winners will be Determined: One (1) Prize Winner (collectively, the “Prize Winners”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during each of the three (3) Entry Periods, as provided in Section 1 of these Official Rules, on or around each of the Drawing Dates specified in the table above. Prize Winners will be contacted by phone or email on or about three (3) business days following the drawing. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to Prize Winners, these Official Rules, and all other matters pertaining to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
A prospective Prize Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification. If Sponsor is unable to contact the prospective Prize Winner within three (3) days from first notification attempt, if the potential Prize Winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, if the potential Prize Winner does not pass Sponsor’s background check (in its sole discretion), or if the potential Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Prize Winner shall be selected. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received.
