Enter the H-E-B Grocery Giveaway sweepstakes daily for a chance to win Free Groceries for a Year! Each day, one lucky winner will receive a $7,000 H-E-B credit.
How to Enter the Sweepstakes
Daily prizes will be awarded to winners chosen from each day’s entries (Daily Entry Pool). You can enter using one of five methods below. You’re allowed one (1) entry per person per day, no matter how you enter.
Entry Methods:
- Using the My H-E-B App at Checkout
- Using a Mobile Browser at Checkout
- Scan your account’s barcode from the www.heb.com website while making an in-store purchase (excluding Pharmacy).
- If eligible, the account holder will get one (1) entry for the purchase date.
- Using Your Phone Number at Checkout
- At checkout, enter the phone number linked to your My H-E-B account either on the self-checkout screen or provide it to the cashier (excluding Pharmacy).
- If eligible, the account holder will get one (1) entry for the purchase date.
- For Curbside or Delivery Orders
- Log into your My H-E-B account when placing a curbside or delivery order via heb.com or the App.
- Pickup or delivery must occur during the Sweepstakes Period for the entry to count.
- By Mail
- Write your name, age, address, email, and phone number (day and evening) on a 3” x 5” card.
- Place it in a standard-sized (#10) envelope with “ENTRY FOR DATE:” and the desired entry date written on the outside.

Important Notes:
- No entries will be accepted for purchases made at H-E-B Pharmacy, restaurants, fuel stations, Mi Tienda, Central Market, or Joe V’s SmartShop.
- All entries are subject to eligibility verification.
- Entries that do not follow the rules will not be counted.
Second Chance Drawing
If you missed entering for a specific day, you can enter the Second Chance Drawing:
- Write your name, age, address, email, and phone number (day and evening) on a 3” x 5” card.
- Place it in a standard-sized (#10) envelope labeled “SECOND CHANCE DRAWING.”
- Mail it to the same address as above.
Limit one (1) Second Chance Entry per envelope. Entries must be received by June 18, 2025, to qualify.
Sweepstakes Rules
Who Can Enter: Open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who have reached the age of 18 years old at the time of entry.
Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on February 10, 2025, at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and all entries must be received by June 9, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. CT.
Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person per day.
