Who Can Enter: Open only to legal residents of the United States excluding the state of New York who have reached the age of 18 years old at the time of entry. You also must be employed as a certified teacher teaching a grade level between pre-kindergarten and grade 12 at a public or private high school, middle school, elementary school, pre-school, or equivalent homeschool cooperative.
