Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who have reached the age of 18 years old at the time of entry.

Giveaway Period:

The GA Lottery Cash 3 Giveaway entry begins at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 31, 2020, and all entries must be received by 11:59:00 pm ET on September 27, 2020.

The Sponsor of this Georgia Lottery Cash 3 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway is Georgia Lottery Corporation, 250 Williams Street, Suite 3000, Atlanta, GA 30303.

Winner’s Name:

The Georgia Lottery Corporation will attempt to contact each winner via telephone call at the telephone number provided and by email message at the email address provided. Prize winners will be required to complete, sign, and return a Winner Claim form and an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within twenty-one (21) days of the drawing. Each prize winner will be required to furnish his or her Social Security Number for federal and state tax reporting and withholding purposes. If, after reasonable attempts to contact a prize winner by the Georgia Lottery Corporation, a prize winner cannot be contacted or does not return the form(s) within twenty-one (21) days of the drawing, the prize may be forfeited. In the event the prize is forfeited, an alternate Entrant will be awarded the prize.
